Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps - Return of My Best Friends are Witches!

The Kraftin' Kimmie Vault is opening again!

That's right Kimmie is releasing another 

favorite stamp set from the past called

MY BEST FRIENDS ARE WITCHES!

This fantastic and spooky set comes in natural red rubber
 as completely unmounted pretrimmed!  But hurry because 
there are only a FEW available right away. 
It will be in the KKS Shop at 9am EST.  
Once these are snatched up Kimmie will 
will be taking preorders for this fabulous set!

This was one of my very favorite Halloween sets
so I was super excited to see it make a comeback!
I didn't have time to make a new card to share with
you due to my summer break from crafting to take
care of other life "stuff" but I do have a couple to
show you that I made the first time it was available.

Fun and not too spooky - just my kind of halloween stamps!

Kraftin' Kimmie Challenges #355 - Lots of Layers

Hello sweet friends and followers!

Happy "nearly" Halloween!

It's the last Saturday of October (how does that happen so fast?!)

and time for a new weekly theme at 

KRAFTIN' KIMMIE CHALLENGES!

Larisa is our krafty hostess and she wants to see us
use "Lots of Layers".  Ohhhh I LOVE this theme!

If your style is usually a CAS or One layer this could be a
fun challenge for you to stretch yourself. Or... if you
already love layers (as I do) this is right up your crafty alley ;o).   

I choose to make a Halloween card because I still needed two
more cards for a couple special people  (AND I STILL need
to get them mailed - gulp)! I often wonder how it is that I
make so many cards over the course of a year and yet am often
late getting them sent out to my family and friends. 

Do you do that too?  It's kind of embarrassing really :o/

Anyhoo...here's my lots of layers halloween card
using the super sweet (and not too spooky) stamp
set called "HAPPY OWL-OWEEN"

I used my favorite paper line of Doodlebug design 

and several die cuts and punches for my layers.

Hello and happy weekend!

Today is the last week of my 

Guest Designer month at 

CRAZY4CHALLENGES.

It's been such a fun month and

I'd like to thank the ladies for 

having me with them! 

The theme for C4C351 and the last Saturday

of  August 2016 is "Upcoming Holiday".

What holiday is your favorite to craft for?

I love both Halloween and Christmas.

I've been pressed for time this week so I went with a
quick design that uses a piece of patterned paper
and a large sentiment stamp.  Then I added some
ink distressing around the edges.
Viola!  A quick halloween card done!

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps - NEW Release Sneak Peeks Day TWO August 2016

Hello friends! 

I'm back for another sneak peek of the 

FABoolous August NEW Release at

KRAFTIN' KIMMIE STAMPS!

Did you like the vampire peeks yesterday?!

Well today the sneak peek is TOTALLY WITCHIN'

which is an EEK-tastic new stamp set by artist Emilie Goulet!
 This fun set has two main images of a high-flying witch
with her kitty cat friend and a whimsical bitty bat!
 The set also comes with EIGHT fun sentiments!

Here's what I made to share with you today

Isn't she FUN and fabulous?  I really had a lot of fun making this card.  

I started by masking around the main image and then sponging inside 

a circle cut out to make the moon.  Then I added that mask and 

got inky using distress inks and some cloud dies

(I kept moving the die cut from side to side as I added ink).

Kraftin' Kimmie - NEW Release Sneak Peeks Day ONE August 2016

Oh hello sweet friends and followers! 

I'm so excited for this week because it's the start

 of the NEW Release sneak peeks for August
at KRAFTIN' KIMMIE STAMPS

and it's all about Halloween and Fall!

The Krafty Girls are kickin' things off with a couple of
FANG-TASTIC sets from artist Annie Rodrigue!
Each set comes with a stunning new vampire image

I'm sure you'll agree that these two ghoulfriends 

are bloody amazing!!

My first card of this week uses the amazing 

VANESSA VAMPIRE 

I literally laughed out loud when I saw this great sentiment 

because it's totally how I feel.  Every decade brings it's new

set of aging challenges.  It's just not fair!  My brain still

wants to believe I'm in my 30's but my body says otherwise!

papers or some bright flowery papers or all on her

own as a CAS design!  The sentiments that are

I'm so excited because today is the start of the

July NEW Release Sneak Peeks at

Kimmie and her artists have outdone themselves again!

We are starting off with a bang with TWO wicked new stamp sets
by artist Annie Rodrigue!! The first is a hauntingly cute witch
called WITCH WANDA! This 4x4 clear stamp set comes with the
sassy main image PLUS three fun coordinating sentiments!

The second set features another silly little witch called
WITCH WILLA! This 4x4 set comes with the sweet main image
PLUS five coordinating sentiments!

I'm using Witch Wanda on my card today 

( I absolutely LOVE her!!!)

I paired her with some adorable and bright Doodlebug Design

halloween papers but as you can see she would be great to use 

in lots of different ways - not just halloween.
