Hello friends and followers - HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
We are back again at 52 {Christmas} Card Throwdown (52CCT)
with a whole new slate of challenges for 2015.
There are also some new faces and talent joining the team.
Whoo Hoo - lucky us!!
So let's get this party started with a Sketch Challenge
This should be an easy one to spark your creation.
You can use any shape (doesn't have to be a star)
and you can flip the orientation if you choose.
Just keep it Christmas - and make sure we can still
see the bones of the sketch.
Here's my DT card using the 52CCT January Sketch
I found this package of wooden ornaments at Target
before Christmas (various shapes and sizes)
for a steal and immediately decided they
would be good for crafting instead of hanging on the tree.
I'm kind of wishing that I had distressed the edges
of this large snowflake a bit now - will have to try that
on the next one I make :o)
I hope that you will decide to join us this week at 52CCT.
The rest of the DT ladies have made some fabulous cards
to share with you using this sketch as well.
Please go visit them and check it out!
I'm entering the following challenges with this card:
Christmas Cards All Year Round - January "Anything Goes/Christmas"
Crafty Hazelnut's Christmas Challenge Extra - January "Anything Goes"
Til next time lovelies...hugs and merry crafting! D
