Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps - January 2024 NEW Release - Day Two!

    Welcome back to Day TWO of our January Krafty Peeks!

Are you excited about what you've seen so far!?  Are you ready for more?

I hope your answer was yes because we've got more fabulous fun for you today!

The stamp set we are 'peeking' for you today is from 

artist Neda Sadreddin

 and it's called.....

 You're Swan-derful! 

These sweet swans and their accessories are going to be perfect for so many occasions! Mother's Day, Anniversary, Valentines or a special, swan-derful friend! 

I think this is just the sweetest stamp set.

The large and baby swan are perfect for 

a Mother's Day card - so that's what I made:

The background panel was made by brushing

Precious Pink ink (which happens to be the

special Ink of the Month) for the base layer

of the two piece stencil, and then adding

a little bit of Pretty in Pink for the second

layer of details to add to the hearts.

May 2020 NEW Release Sneak Peeks - Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps - Day TWO - Perfect Peony

Hello and welcome to DAY TWO of the 

May 2020 NEW Release Sneak Peeks for

KRAFTIN' KIMMIE STAMPS!

Today we have a beyond gorgeous large floral stamp with a 

beautiful sentiment.  It's called PERFECT PEONY 

My mom loves flowers of all types, so I used this

stamp to make her Mother's Day card.

Once again I used the beautiful SUMMER SUNSHINE 

hybrid ink (NEW) with the SUMMER SUNBURST stencil

on the background.  I absolutely LOVE this stencil!

The dots are from the NEW RAINBOW BRIGHT DOTS.
The sentiment is from HAPPY THOUGHTS (currently
out of stock but you can get notified when its back) - I thought it
was perfect for a Mother's Day card.  I used Zig watercolor
markers to color the flower and then went over it with the
yellow ink as I was stenciling.  I really like the way it turned out.

Here's a look at the stamp set and sentiment - be prepared to
be wowed by it's stunning details and layers of the petals

Happy Mother's Day

Happy Monday everyone, hope you've

had a good start to your week! 

Today I'm sharing a Mother's Day card

that I made for my mom.  

I recently got some more Zig markers from Simon Says Stamp

and was dying to play with them.  So... I grabbed a stamp set

from Close to My Heart and did some stamping, heat embossing 

and coloring with them.  I love how these markers are so vibrant 

yet create such a cool watercolor effect at the same time. 

I find them pretty easy to use but I need a bit more practice 

to get the variation and depth in the colors.

Life Doesn't Have to Be Perfect - and - Flowers for Mother's Day

Hello friends - hope each an every one of you is doing well.

I have a couple of cards to share with you today.
The challenges I'm entering are listed below each card.

My second card is a card-in-a-box that I made for my Mom for Mother's Day.

Here's a second look at some of the details:

I love these box cards. Such a wow factor for the recipient when they open them :o).

What was fun about this card for me was that I used up a lot of extra bits & pieces

 that were on my craft table (the flowers, the leaves, the grass, the scalloped oval shape).

My Mom loved it! That was the best part about making it.
