Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps - October NEW Release Peeks - DAY 3!

Goooood morning and welcome back to Day THREE of our 

October Krafty Peeks!!

Today we are thrilled to share a super fun winter themed stamp set by artist Neda Sadreddin called FLAKY FRIENDS!!

This is just THE CUTEST, cutest, cutest

stamp set! (Can you tell that I love it?!)

 I made to share two cards to share 

with you today.

Here's the first one

To create this scene for the snow peeps

I used the Tree-mendous layering stencil

(layers 1 and 3) with Aqua Adventure and 

Ocean Opulence KKS hybrid inks),  

and the Swirling Stars stencil 

with Astro Paste in Frost Bite White. 

The images were colored with copic markers.

And here's the second card that I'm sharing today:

The bunny is just as cute as the snow people!

Just imagine all the fun you will have

making winter themed cards.

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps November Sneak Peeks Wrap Up! Icy Penguin Pals!

 Today is our final day of Krafty Peeks for the November Release

Our penguin friends are back again, and this time they are celebrating winter with warm wishes! They're sporting tiny skates and this set has a frozen pond and accessories!

Such CUUUUUTE penguins!

with you featuring the new

Build a Snowman Stencil

I fussy cut around the stenciled snowman

and added it to a card base.  I love how you

can customize it by making the scarf and hat

any color you want.  Lots of fun!

These sweet animals are enjoying frosty activities and even some hot cocoa! Plus the accessory images are perfect to mix and match! As a bonus, be sure to check out our Build a Snowman stencil below, which has an icy rink sized to fit our friends' pond perfectly!

Wow! These two stencils and the first stamp set 

are absolutely FABULOUS!! 

My first card to share with you today features 

the Ugly Sweater stencil with a sentiment from

the Sweater Weather stamp set. 

I sure don't think these sweaters are ugly! 

Especially when some of the beautiful

KKS hybrid inks are used to create them. 

My second card features two of the 

adorable critters from the 

Sweater Weather! stamp set!

The skating pond stamp was also used

from the set (it's so perfect!). 

The beautiful snowy background 

was made with the Sweet Snowflakes

stencil and some snowtex paste.

Cool Kids - Winter Fun!

 Hello! Thanks for stopping in to visit my blog!

Today I have a winter card to share with you. 

I'm not a huge fan of winter (especially as I get older)

but I know lots of you are. 

This card was made for the current January Challenge 

at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps with a special young man in mind.

The theme prompts at KKS are Winter/Blue/Monochromatic.

I used Winter and Blue and added Adorable - lol.

The stamp set I used is Cool Kids.

The stencil is Cool Crystals (with Designer Denim ink)

and I added some fun sparkly snowflake die cuts

 -because snow is sparkly.

I'm just in love with the snowperson and that adorable squirrel that's helping with the nose from SNOWBALL FIGHT! My card features this duo and has a bunch of mixed media elements. 

I used the Sweet Snowflakes stencil (one of my favorites for winter scenes) on the background. I had previously made a panel with gold luster paste and then flipped the stencil over to use the paste on the reverse side of the stencil.  It didn't all transfer as smoothly as I thought it might - but I love the funky look of it.  That beautiful snow at the bottom is from a product called SnowTex (a little goes a long way). Does it make you feel like you're out in the snow with them?  It does me!

This adorable set features an assortment of wintery friends having the best time ever!! Seriously, do you remember how much fun it was as a kid to have a snowball fight?!

I thought a shaker card was the perfect way to showcase these critters having fun in the snow. This stamp set is sure to bring a smile to your face who’s you’re using it and to the face of the recipient who gets one of your great cards or creations! Take a peek 

Don’t they look like they’re having fun? I used that beautiful Cool Crystals stencil again on the background. I just can’t help myself…it’s so gorgeous and fun to color!
