Hello friends! Here it is the end of April already - my how time flies! The past few days have been rainy off and on and we are expecting another day of rain (80% chance). A great day to stay in and craft I say :o) Our weekly challenge at My Time to Craft is a timely one for this month and the weather.
MTTC #245 is April Showers and we want to see an umbrella on your creations.
Here's my April Showers creation to share with you:
Digital image by Lacy Sunshine - Emily Lollipop and Sunshine Umbrella
I left the sentiment off my card this week (something I don't often do) because I felt
that this could be used for some many occasions/reasons that I didn't want to limit my options.
I'm loving that I'm starting to see buds on the trees and hearing birds in the morning.
By golly...spring must really be here!
I sure hope that you will decide to join the fun this week at MTTC Challenge #245! The other lovely ladies on our DT and our fabulous guest designer have made some wonderful creations to inspire you this week. Please go visit them and say "hi"!
I'm entering the following challenges:
The Card Concept #8 - Use an Umbrella. My style is freestyle collage (I think).
613 Avenue Create #68 - Anything Goes w/twist of Candy Treats (lollipop).
Crafting from the Heart Challenge #15 - Anything Goes

The bright yellow with blue looks great! These colors make me think of both rain and sunshine, which is very representative for sprung weather. I'm with you regarding the sentiments, I don't leave them out very often either, but it sure has it's advantages...
