December Skrappy Challenge - Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

   Good morning krafty friends! 

It's December, and that means it's time for a brand new

SKRAPPY CHALLENGE

with Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

 The theme of course is ANYTHING BUT A CARD!

For this challenge you can make anything that strikes your fancy....except a card!
So design a new scrapbook page, bookmark, tag, altered item, planner page, art journal, ATC cards...whatever you like!

Just make sure to include some Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps products and make sure it's a new creation!  

I'm sharing some Artist Trading Cards (ATCs)

that I made for a swap recently.  The theme 

was Fall and Thanks or Gratitude.  

There are so many things that I'm both 

grateful and thankful for that it was 

hard to narrow it down. But.. one thing

that really stands out for me is having 

crafty friends who share my love of 

creating (card making, scrapbooking).

This is such a wonderful hobby, but

it's even better when it can be shared 

with friends!  I feel very blessed!

Here are my ATCs using the Krafty Mice 

stamp set and the leaves and one

of the sentiments from another KKS

retired stamp set.  The background was

created with distress inks and I added

some stickles glitter glue to enhance the

sentiment about being glitter glue. 

I hope you enjoyed my creation

time to get krafty yourself

I had a ton of fun creating some ATC cards using some Doodle Pops stickers from my stash and the NEW HOLIDAY SENTIMENTS and COOL CRYSTALS stencil (with glitter paste).  

One of the ATCs also features a stamp from the 

super adorable COZY CHRISTMAS KIDS stamp set. 

Here's some fabulous inspiration from our Design Team this month!

MTTC #270 - Artist Trading Card

Hello sweet friend and followers!

Time for another weekly challenge

at My Time to Craft (MTTC).

MTTC#270 is to create a Artist Trading Card (ATC).

I've been aware of these but didn't really know the 

specifics as to size and have not created one 

until today. Take a look:

The finished size on this is 2 1/2" x 3 1/2".

Sort of like your crafty business card :o.

The fun part about this is that it's a small

little token that you can give people to 

represent your crafty self.  The challenge with

this is that its hard to put much in such

a small space and keep it looking nice

(at least that was the challenging part for me)

I decided to keep it kind of simple and 

use texture to "pump up the wow"

Haha - did I just show my age?

I can just see my kids rolling their eyes 

and saying "Oh Mommm"!
