Challenge #573 -Cuteness!! Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps

Good morning and welcome to another

fabulous and fun Saturday Challenge

at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps !

Are you ready for another fun and krafty challenge 

to inspire you and help get your creative juices flowing?

We've got some fabulous ideas for you 

and can't wait to see what you create!

This week, Krafty Girl Delphine is your hostess and her challenge theme for you is CUTENESS!

Oh Gosh could this be any easier of a challenge?

I mean come on...there are soooo many CUTE

stamp sets in the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp shop.

All you have to do is chose one of your favorites

and create something CUTE! 

My card for this week's challenge features 

another of the cute dragon images from the 

newly released DRAGON FLIGHT stamp 

set and a sentiment from the DREAM CASTLE.

I also added some of the items from the

March Add-On Bundle (available in 

limited quantities until they are gone).

The chipboard eggs are so fun to 

ink, color, sparkle etc. One one of them

I added some Stickles glitter gel and on

the other I put a layer of Nuvo Dream Drops 

(also from the add-on bundle) over it and 

then stamped on top of it after it dried. 

Maybe not what you might expect from 

a dragon image but it's sure CUTE and 

can be used for a variety of reasons.

Possibly even a baby card right?!

DAY TWO - Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps - March New Release Peeks

  Welcome back to Day TWO of our March Krafty Peeks for KRAFTIN' KIMMIE STAMPS!

Are you excited about what you've seen so far!?  

Are you ready for more?

I hope your answer was yes because we've got more fabulous fun for you today!

The stamp set we are 'peeking' for you today is from artist 

Melissa Baker-Nguyen 

and it's called MY HERO!!

This is an amazing set of sentiments that will match perfectly with the fabulous Dragon Flight stamp set we previewed yesterday!!

Today I combined the My Hero sentiments and the Dragon Flight stamp set with the new RICH RUST ink and the ROYAL stencil. 

 

I sprayed the chipboard clouds with Dina Wakely white spray gloss

and added some of the beautiful Nuvo dream drops 

and twine from the March Add-On Bundle. 

 Check out MY HERO in so many gorgeous creations today as you hop around the Krafty Team's blogs!  You'll also see the new stencils and hybrid ink along the way!

DAY ONE of the March Release Peeks for Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Hello friends! It's time for our March release peeks to begin 

at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Today's featured stamp set is by artist Sabrina van Vloten

called DRAGON FLIGHT!! It's fearsomely awesome!

This is an amazing set of dragons and knights ready to set 

flight and create magical scenes! Of course you're going to find 

so many ways to use it with the previously released

Dream Castle and Royal Family & Sentiments sets!

I used two of the awesome images from this set with 

the GORGEOUS new RICH RUST hybrid ink and the 

RADICAL RECTANGLES stencil. Take a peek 

For this fun color combo I also used 

Berry Bold, Morning Marigold, Aqua Adventure 

and Lovely Lagoon hybrid inks w/ the Rich Rust. 

Notice those little stars?  Those are part of the exclusive

chipboard set in the March Add-On Bundle.

Kraftin' Kimmie Challenges #528 - Fantasy/Magic

I'm so happy you're here to visit my blog today.

Every Saturday a new theme challenge starts at

KRAFTIN' KIMMIE STAMPS!

This week the theme for Challenge #528 is Fantasy or Magic.

There are so many fun stamp sets at Kraftin' Kimmie 

that fit this theme ever so perfectly.  

I decided to use the Darling Dragons (because they

are magical creatures) to make a 

fantasy-tical birthday card for my daughter. 

The background was made with the Chubby Clouds stencil

and Bubbly Blue and Purple Pansy KKS hybrid inks.

The Purple Pansy ink is on SALE for the rest of this month.

The extra flames were created with the Wonderful Waves stencil -

just a section of it, and then cut out.  I used the

Morning Marigold and Pumpkin Patch KKS hybrid inks

on the "flames" and them added a touch of red with a 

colored pencil.  I had a lot of fun making this care

and most importantly my daughter LOVED it!

Inspirational Wednesday - Darling Dragons! - Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps

Hello friends! Happy Wednesday!

If you're anything like me you are 

happy you've reached mid-work week and 

can hardly wait for the weekend. LOL.

I get the pleasure of being your hostess for 

INSPIRATIONAL WEDNESDAY

at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Challenges.

Today I chose a sweet little set that I actually 

didn't buy right away when it came out.

Finally I couldn't stand it any more and decided

that I had to add it to my collection.  Boy I'm

sure glad that I did - I LOVE it!  It's called

Darling Dragons and here's my inspiration card.

I masked the balloon stamp to get the set of three. 

The clouds were made with the Krafty Scenery Stencil

(one of my favorite stencils - if you don't have this one you should!) 

and the Bubbly Blue hybrid ink.  I also used one edge of

the stencil to get the grass line and then filled in the rest

with my copic markers for the detail.

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps - July 2016 NEW Release Sneak Peeks DAY TWO

Well hello again and welcome back to DAY TWO 

of the July NEW Release Sneak Peeks at

Today's release is the CUTEST fantasy creature 

ever and one that is near and dear to my heart

because it is a book lovin' dragon stamp set
by artist Emilie Goulet called BOOK DRAGON!

This 3x4 clear stamp set features a gorgeous and magical
dragon image PLUS four awesome coordinating sentiments!

I have been known to sit and devour books 

for hours at a time (although not as much lately

as I would like).  My daughter is the same way!
