You're Magical - Incentive Stamp of the Month - Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps

 Hey, Hey, Hey - It's the weekend

Today I'm sharing a card that was made with 

the super cute mini stamp set called 

YOU'RE MAGICAL! from

KRAFTIN' KIMMIE STAMPS.

To create this mini slimline card I first

stamped the pegasus and unicorn on the panel

and then colored them with copic markers. 

Then I created a mask of the stamped images

using post it notes and began the first layer of

the pretty sky background with the

Krafty Scenery 4 stencil (clouds and ground)

using several of the KKS hybrid inks and 

blender brushes.  Then I used the Twinkle Little Star

stencil with some clear glitter paste of the top of 

everything.  I love the shimmery look of it!

Kraftin' Kimmie Challenges #528 - Fantasy/Magic

I'm so happy you're here to visit my blog today.

Every Saturday a new theme challenge starts at

KRAFTIN' KIMMIE STAMPS!

This week the theme for Challenge #528 is Fantasy or Magic.

There are so many fun stamp sets at Kraftin' Kimmie 

that fit this theme ever so perfectly.  

I decided to use the Darling Dragons (because they

are magical creatures) to make a 

fantasy-tical birthday card for my daughter. 

The background was made with the Chubby Clouds stencil

and Bubbly Blue and Purple Pansy KKS hybrid inks.

The Purple Pansy ink is on SALE for the rest of this month.

The extra flames were created with the Wonderful Waves stencil -

just a section of it, and then cut out.  I used the

Morning Marigold and Pumpkin Patch KKS hybrid inks

on the "flames" and them added a touch of red with a 

colored pencil.  I had a lot of fun making this care

and most importantly my daughter LOVED it!

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps NEW Release DAY FOUR and ANYTHING GOES Challenge

Happy weekend crafty peeps! 

I get the pleasure of being your hostess for this week's 

challenge and because it's peek week for the May NEW releases

I used Sandy Seawater on my card today - take a peek:

I stamped these images in Memento London Fog (light grey) ink
so I could try the no-lines technique.  Many of my krafty DT
teammates have this technique mastered but I've only done it one
other time before.  I'm pretty happy with this second attempt, but then
I think it would be hard to mess up this beautiful image too much :o)!
