Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps - 2024 RECAP Celebration!

Hello krafty peeps! I'm excited to be sharing
one of the special stamp sets and a
sweet two-piece layering stencil for the
4th day of December recap of the
AHHHMAZING krafty goodies introduced in 2024.

LOOK OUT WORLD! is definitely
one of my go to stamp sets for all things
baby - expecting announcements, baby
showers, births, birthdays, scrapbooks,
gifts and tags.
And...when this uber adorable stamp
set is paired with the super fun
two piece layering stencil called
New Baby, the cuteness is off the charts!!

I made two cards to share with you today.
Here's the first, made for my niece who
recently announced that she is expecting
a wee little lass.

The KKS hybrid ink colors that
I used with the stencil are:
And
After stenciling the colors,
I then traced through the stencil
with a black midliner pen.

I decorated the inside too with
one of the sentiments from the
set and the left over piece of
the stenciled panel.

And here is the second card that I made
for my cousin's son who is having a baby boy
this next year.

I love how you can use the little icons to
create a custom background and not have
to worry about matching paper colors with
how you want to color the main image.

Here’s how I decorated the inside too

Guess what?
and

The sale price is only good until December 12th
(and while supplies last - some of these
will likely sell out).
Kimmie is holding all packages until
the Canadian postal strike is over.
You'll get all your goodies in one
package and save the shipping costs
due to the bundling. That's a win!

Thanks for stopping in to visit me today.

ABSolutely adorable!!  And as you head out on today's Krafty Hop you'll get to enjoy lots of gorgeous creations from our Krafty Team featuring HELLO LITTLE ONE and NEW BABY stencil in combination with some of our other incredible products such as our Krafty Kolours Hybrid Inks!

I’m delighted to share the card I made for today’s peek using this extremely CUTE stamp set.

It went so well with some Doodlebug Designs 6x6 baby themed papers that I’ve had in my paper (hoarding) stash.

This is currently my favorite card size to make - it’s 3 1/2” wide x 6” long. Which one of this trio is your favorite? That’s not really fair if my to ask is it? Honestly, I can’t choose either lol!

There’s lots more inspiration from the Krafty Team today so hop on down to the links and visit their blogs too.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Be sure to join us on Saturday, April 20th at 2pm ET in the Krafty Friends Facebook Group for our LIVE Release Party when all the new goodies will be available! (That's tomorrow!)

Guest Designer - Krafty Chicks Challenges #445 - Babies

Hello friends and followers - I'm happy you're here to visit me!
I'm delighted to be a Guest Designer for this month over
at Krafty Chicks Challenges.  Thanks Chicks for having me!
The theme for the first challenge of the month

Now I'm wayyyy past the having baby stage but fortunately
I have some younger friends and coworkers who are
having little bundles of joy soon.  I'm so excited for
them!  I love to make baby cards and I love squeezing
babies even more! Maybe they'll let me hold their
sweet little ones while the open their cards - lol!

Here's my card to share with you.  It's a little bit non-traditional
for a baby card but I think it's fun - and perfect for a baby boy!
The mama is actually a friend of a friend, so I don't have to
worry about her seeing it before it's given to her.

The stamp set is called Wild World by Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps,
the papers are from my stash (finally found a great way to use them).
I colored with copic markers and filled in the nooks and wrinkles
of the skin with prisma color pencils.  Isn't this rhino adorable?!

In addition to participating as a guest designer, I'm also
entering this card in the following challenges:
I LOVE layers! The more the better as far as I'm concerned!
I really struggle with one layer cards - layers just seem to
add so much interest (in my opinion) and make me feel happy.
I've been trying to do more CAS cards because I do love
the look of them but I really struggle with them.  Honestly,
the fewer the layers the longer it takes me to put a card
together - LOL.

Thanks for stopping in to visit me!  Pop on over to the
Krafty Chicks Challenge blog and take a peek at the
DT creations for your inspiration this week!  Hugs! D
