Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Challenge #502 - Autumn Colors

Hello crafty followers and friends.
Pardon my excitement but... IT'S THE WEEKEND!!!
We are going to watch some college football
and will get to see both my kiddos.

Today is the start of Challenge #502 at
KRAFTIN' KIMMIE CHALLENGES
and the theme this week is "AUTUMN COLORS".

Here in Montana we seem to have skipped right by
the beautiful season of Autumn.  The leaves had
barely started to change colors and two nasty snow
storms plunked upon us.  I don't mind winter but
I LOVE Autumn and am really sad to have missed
all the beautiful colors and cool mornings with
warmer days and sunshine - especially the colors.

My DT card for this challenge features a gorgeous
gourd  that symbolizes autumn for me
(I LOVE pumpkins) - take a peek

The background is created with the Beautiful Burlap stencil
Then I added some stems, leaves and a pumpkin from
Grateful Pumpkins (on SALE this weekend) and a
sentiment from Pumpkin Kisses right over the top of
the stenciled background.  Hope you like it!

Thanks so much for visiting me today. Hugs!

Happy Fall/Thanksgiving

Hello friends!  Thanksgiving is just around the corner
are you ready?  I have my stretchy pants in the closet just
waiting to jump into them on Thursday morning.
Ohhhh I literally can hardly wait for my favorite dish
PUMPKIN PIE - yum!! I could be happy with just
that and sweet potatoes and scalloped oysters.
What's your favorite?

I only made two Fall/Thanksgiving cards this year.
I thought it would be fun to share them with you
and join a couple challenges too. Hope you like them.

Here's the first:
Details: Stamp set "Grateful Pumpkins" (Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps)
(all from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps). Cardstock (Stampin UP!)
Designer paper and twine from stash.

I'd like to enter this card in the following challenges:

and here's the second
Details: Image and sentiment stamped with Marvellous Mocha
hybrid ink (Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps) and colored with copic markers.
Stamp set: "Happy Fall Y'All"  (Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps)
Designer papers from my stash. Cardstock from Stampin UP!

I'd like to enter this card in these challenges

Thanks so much for letting me share with you.
I hope that your Thanksgiving holiday is full of love,
blessings and good food (including my favorite pumpkin pie)!

Guest Designing for the Card Concept #100 challenge celebration

Well hello crafty friends!  So nice of you to visit me today.
After many months of a crafting break, I was thrilled when
the lovely Kim asked if I'd like to be a guest designer

And when I saw the beautiful inspiration photo
for this challenge I was even more excited.

Oh my gosh! Seriously sooo many things
you can take for inspiration from this.
I was drawn to the pink and gold colors
and the pumpkins (I LOVE pumpkins!)

I pulled out a bold sentiment stamp called
called Be Full from Neat and Tangled and
made this Clean and Graphic card.
I swished pink distress ink around on my
base panel and then heat embossed the
gorgeous sentiment in gold.

Here's a close up so you can see the embossing a little better

There's a special celebration for this 100th challenge going on
over at the blog so be sure to check it out as well
as the amazing inspiration from the DT there!

Hope my card inspired you in some way.
Hugs and happy crafting! D

Oldie but Goodie at Catch the Bug Challenges {Bugaboo Stamps}

Happy Thursday crafty peeps!
Today I have a card to share with you along with the
fabulous news that I am now an official member of
the Bugaboo Stamps design team!  I was soooooo
thrilled to be asked to stay on this team after my
recent guest designer term ended.  Looking forward
to sharing lots of the darling and fun Bugaboo digital
images with you each month!

Thursday's are Oldie but Goodie days at
where the DT gets to show you a creation using
an older stamp from the amazing collection.
I chose to use the adorable BUMPKIN TRIO today

Aren't they just the cutest?  It just makes me smile to look at them!
I used the sketch from The Challenge #45 for this card
(but I flipped the orientation)

I'd also like to enter these challenges as well
