Kraftin' Kimmie September Release - Day #1 (Wild About You)

Hello dear friends and followers so happy you are here to visit me today!
Today is day ONE of the SEPTEMBER Kraftin' Kimmie peeks!
Can I hear you say Whoo Hoo??!  I said - lots of times :o)

 We have so many goodies in store for you and we've been dyin' to share them!
 So here we GO!!

First off for this month is a super sweet panda bear set from artist THAIS NARCISO!
 It features THREE main images and TWO scenery stamps!! 
 There are also FIVE awesome coordinating sentiments! 
 This fabulous set is called WILD ABOUT YOU and will be available soon.

Wonderful Wednesday at Kraftin' Kimmie - Oh Snap {You're Picture Perfect}

Hello friends and followers - hope you are having an amazing day!

Time for another fun Wonderful Wednesday 

at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps. As always...
it's ANYTHING GOES!!


We want EVERYONE to be able to play along so your entry can use
ANY stamp and can be any theme, any style, any design and it can be
a card, a scrapbook page, an altered item...you name it!!
It must be a NEW creation and you can enter here until Sept. 16th at midnight (EDT).

At the end of the month one random winner will be chosen from all the

This image and sentiment are from the set called "Oh Snap".

I love this set because one of the images reminds me of myself

with a camera in hand. The other reminds me of my daughter

who always has her iphone in hand and is taking "selfies".

No outstanding technique used today - just a fun layered card

using some die cuts and colorful papers. Hope you like it!

Kraftin' Kimmie Challenge #246 Bloomin' Flowers

So glad you've stopped by to visit me today as it's time for another fabulously 

FUN challenge at Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps!!

This week ...our hostess is Krafty Girl, SHARON!!! And her challenge is Bloomin' Flowers!! Here's my card for the Bloomin' Flowers challenge:

I was very happy to also use up some of my overabundant stash

of chipboard flowers (what was I thinking when I bought so many).

This image & sentiment are from the stamp set called "You're a Rock Star".  

I knew as soon as this one debuted that I had to have it.

I can remember lots of hours standing in front of the full length

mirror singing to my mom's LP records.

This was before cable t.v. and we used our imaginations :o)

Brings back many fun memories.  Not sure why I'm not in 

show business instead of an accountant?? 

I bet if I asked my sisters they'd happily explain that to me - LOL.

My Time to Craft (MTTC) Challenge #257 - Teddy Bears Picnic - Here's to you Marie!

Hello and happy weekend!! 

Monday was a work holiday for me which somehow makes the rest of 

the week seem a bit harder.  Maybe it's because we then have to squish 

five days of work into four.  Anywhoo... I'm glad it's the weekend!

It's also time for another challenge at My Time to Craft!

This time MTTC Challenge #257 is Teddy Bears' Picnic.

We want to see a Teddy or Teddies on your crafty creations.

Please make sure you use an image of some sort - not just teddies 

on or within the patterned paper.  We really want "Teddy" to get center stage!

My inspiration for this card was Krafty Girl Tracey Penney's video from 

Krafty Tips & Tutes Week #33 - Creating a Chalkboard  Effect.

 This stamp called Perfect Poison is just... well, "perfect" 

to use for this technique as she looks extra spooky.   

This is a bit larger card (due to the DSP banner that I used)
with a finished size of 4 3/4" x 6 3/4" - but it will still fit in a 5x7 envelope.
