Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps - November 2021 Release and ANYTHING GOES Challenge

I am totally and completely in LOVE with

this adorable stamp set.  I can remember many

winter days growing up playing in the 

snow making snowmen, building snow forts and

throwing snow at each other.  My parents had 

a dog that used to try to catch the snowballs 

as they flew between kids.  It was fun to watch

my son and daughter doing the same thing 

years later. Fun memories and a super sweet

and fun stamp set to create with (without getting cold).  

Here's my card to share with you today.

I stamped lots of falling snow all around this adorable pup.

Then I used some white Stickles for sparkle to the snow

and created some more fluffy snow with the 

Liquid Applique from this month's ADD ON BUNDLE. 

The background panel was created with the 

beautiful new Tranquil Tide ink and the 

Diagon-Illy stencil.  This time I even got

ambitious and created an envelope too

(using the Sweet Snowflakes stencil).

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps - Nov 2021 NEW RELEASE PEEKS - Day 1!

   Who's ready for lots of brand new Krafty goodies?!

It's time for our November Release Peeks to begin 

at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

We are soooo excited to release our first full alphabet and kalendar sets for you!!  These TWO sets are perfect for creating your own sentiments, titles, planners, calendars and more!

Both are designed by Melissa Baker-Nguyen

 and they are called.....

The DIY possibilities are endless with both these fabulous sets! 

My mini slimline card features the Krafty Alphabet 

AND the super sweet Stamp of the Month called 

"Snow Fun" by krafty girl Sabrina VanVloten.

I created a custom sentiment using the 

Krafty Alphabet letters and then repeated it

down the card front several times with the 

gorgeous NEW Tranquil Teal ink. 

Then I went back and used the sentiment from 

Snow Fun and stamped just the "snow"

word in between each of the bigger words using

Aqua Adventure ink.  Finally I added a smaller 

sentiment at the bottom from Snow Fun. 

 The new Tranquil Teal ink color 

is soooo perfect for winter creations!

Oh and those pretty little snowflakes 

in the background were made using the

Sparkling Snowflakes Stencil (one of my

favorites from previous releases - currently 

out of stock but you can get notified when

it gets restocked).

Kraftin ' Kimmie Stamps - Challenge 605 - Use Chipboard

This week I get the pleasure of being your hostess and I've chosen the challenge theme for you of: 

USE CHIPBOARD!

Ever since Kimmie introduced the chipboard elements in the Add On Bundles I've been obsessed with it!  There's so many ways you can use it to add interest or depth to your creations.  It's fnd to color, sparkle, add patters to, distress - or just leave it as it is.  

On my card today I used LOTS of chipboard.  In fact  you might think I went a bit silly over the amount I used.  But OMGosh I love how it turned out.  Some of the pieces were colored with copic markers and all of the pieces have been covered in a rainbow of color  and shine with Pops of Color.  I'm using the July Add On bundle chipboard which is available in the KKS Shop (limited number left).  So...drumroll... here it is:

Challenge #575 - Use a Stencil (Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps)

  

Good morning! It's the weekend and time for another fabulous 

and fun Saturday Challenge at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps !

Each and every Saturday we post a brand new challenge 

for the week and you are welcome to enter as many times as you like.

These must be new creations and you are welcome to use any stamp, however, using Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp products will earn you double entries!

This week, Krafty Girl Kerri B. is your hostess  

for Challenge #575 and the theme for you is:

USE A STENCIL!

My card today features two Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps 

stencils - the ROYAL Stencil on the background 

(with Rich Rust hybrid ink) and a small patch of

grass created with the Krafty Scenery 2 Stencil.

I've also used one of the absolutely adorable chipboard

elements and some twine from the March Add-On Bundle,

and a sentiment from MY HERO Sentiments (also

stamped w/the Rich Rust ink color).

 The chipboard dragon was first colored with 

a white craft ink and then I added KKS Goblin Green

and Charming Chartreuse inks over that.  Once dried 

I sprayed some Novo Glitter on it and let that dry. Then I stamped

the exact same dragon from the DRAGON FLIGHT 

stamp set over the top of the colored chipboard

(see close up below) and added some Nuvo Dream Drops 

(also included in the March Add-On bundle) 

in Frosted Lake on parts of the dragon for extra texture. 

Lots of steps on this card - but soooo much fun to do!

Oh Gosh could this be any easier of a challenge?

I mean come on...there are soooo many CUTE

stamp sets in the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp shop.

All you have to do is chose one of your favorites

and create something CUTE! 

My card for this week's challenge features 

another of the cute dragon images from the 

newly released DRAGON FLIGHT stamp 

set and a sentiment from the DREAM CASTLE.

I also added some of the items from the

March Add-On Bundle (available in 

limited quantities until they are gone).

The chipboard eggs are so fun to 

ink, color, sparkle etc. One one of them

I added some Stickles glitter gel and on

the other I put a layer of Nuvo Dream Drops 

(also from the add-on bundle) over it and 

then stamped on top of it after it dried. 

Maybe not what you might expect from 

a dragon image but it's sure CUTE and 

can be used for a variety of reasons.

Possibly even a baby card right?!

52 {Christmas} Card Throwdown - Chipboard Challenge

Hello friends!  HO HO HO its the last week of the month and that means that the DT at 52 {Christmas} Card Throwdown has an embellishment challenge for you.  We want to see your creations using chipboard on your card. The chipboard can be your main element as it is on my card (see below) or just a piece or two on your card. 

I really liked the colors from our 52CCT color challenge #8 so I used them again with this card.  These fun sparkly chipboard letters (and cute hat) are part of a stash I have been hoarding for quite some time (lol).  The metalic silver cardstock was run through my Sizzix Big Shot machine using the Northern Flurry embossing texture folder.  This is a 5 minute card and I just love how this turned out! No stamping on the front, so I put some on the inside instead:
