It's Day EIGHT and today I’m sharing two new creations featuring the super fun stamp set called S'MORE FUN! and another featuring the fabulous stencil called HERE FOR THE CANDY!

Here’s the first card.

I also finished the inside of the card 

with another of the images and sentiments. 

And here’s another creation. 

This one is a tag/gift card holder. 

The backside of the tag 

is where I put the sentiment 

(and another of the images)

All the images were stamped in 

Marvelous Mocha ink on

kraft paper and then colored

with copic markers. 

The Here For The Candy! stencil

is super fun to play with. 

I used it to make a Halloween card

but, I think it could also be used 

for a birthday party card (or invite)

or maybe even a Christmas card 

or scrapbook layout.

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps - 2024 RECAP Celebration!

Hello krafty peeps! I'm excited to be sharing

one of the special stamp sets and a 

sweet two-piece layering stencil for the 

4th day of December recap of the 

AHHHMAZING krafty goodies introduced in 2024. 

LOOK OUT WORLD! is definitely 

one of my go to stamp sets for all things

baby - expecting announcements, baby

showers, births, birthdays, scrapbooks,

gifts and tags.  

And...when this uber adorable stamp

set is paired with the super fun

two piece layering stencil called

New Baby, the cuteness is off the charts!!

I made two cards to share with you today.

Here's the first, made for my niece who

recently announced that she is expecting 

a wee little lass. 

The KKS hybrid ink colors that

I used with the stencil are: 

Precious Pink,

Pretty in Pink,

And 

Charming Chartreuse. 

After stenciling the colors, 

I then traced through the stencil

with a black midliner pen. 

I decorated the inside too with

one of the sentiments from the

set and the left over piece of 

the stenciled panel. 

And here is the second card that I made

for my cousin's son who is having a baby boy 

this next year.  

I love how you can use the little icons to

create a custom background and not have

to worry about matching paper colors with

how you want to color the main image.

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps - September Monthly Challenge

Good morning and welcome to our 
New Monthly Challenge
at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Are you ready for another krafty challenge to inspire you and help get your creative mojo going? We've got some fabulous prompts for you and can't wait to see what YOU create!

This month our challenge themes for you are:

Back to School/Primary Colours and/or Circles

You can choose one theme or combine them!
Enter as many times as you like all month long!
It's a Choose Your Own Krafty Adventure!

I've chosen theme of Primary Colours 

(Red, Yellow and Blue) for this month's challenge. 

AHOY SAILOR! is one of favorite stamp 

sets and I felt it's nautical theme would

be perfect for these colors.  I'm also

channeling a back to school vibe (more

for college level) with the sentiment.

 

The sky was made with the 

Krafty Scenery 4 stencil and some

Designer Denim ink. I used the

Krafty Scenery 3 stencil for the ocean

(filled in with copic markers in B26 & B24).

The subtle texture in the background

is the Rugged Rope stencil used

as an embossing panel. 

I hope you like my card and that I've

inspired you to grab some of your 

crafty stash to join the challenge.

or two or all three of the challenge themes.

Good morning, my Krafty Friends!

It's September and that means it's time for a new
Skrappy Challenge
at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!  

The theme of course is ANYTHING BUT A CARD!

For this challenge you can make anything that strikes your fancy....except a card!  So design a new scrapbook page, bookmark, tag, altered item, planner page, art journal, ATC cards...whatever you like! 

Just make sure to include some Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps products and make sure it's a new creation!

I love the KKS Skrappy Challenges because 

it's so fun to use my stamps, stencils and inks

in different ways.  More inky playtime and projects

means more krafty happiness!

This month I used the Fruity Fun! and

Our Farm! stamp sets as added embellishments

on a scrapbook page.  

The watermelon stamp was transformed

into a honeydew melon by masking off

the seeds and stamping in Totally Taupe

ink.  Copic markers in E40 and YG21

were used to color the outside rind.

I added the little farmer stamp because this

page is about a new and very delicious

find at the Farmer's Market.

This paper has been sitting my stash

for ages - I thought it was perfect for this page!

I love this stencil soooo much. 

It was hard to cover it up, so I 

made it the entire front panel of this

card and added one of the fun sentiments 

from I BEE-LIEVE in YOU!

Next up is our Krafty Komeback stamp set which was originally released in rubber back in 2013!!  Can you believe it?!

It's called SUM-SUM-SUMMERTIME!

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps - NEW Release Peeks - DAY TWO!

 Welcome back!

Did you enjoy yesterday's Peeks?
Well, we are back with MORE fun stuff!

Today we are spotlighting a new stamp set from artist Sabrina van Vloten called I BEE-lieve in YOU!

Look at those adorable fluffy bee bums!!

I'm so excited to share my peek of this

super cute stamp set.  

This little bee reminds me of a fluffy tan

bear who also loves honey.  The fantastic

new layering stencil is so perfect for this

stamp set - so I used it too!

The bees were colored in with 

Yummy Yellow, Salty Sea and Wicked

Black inks. Then I added some 

black gel pen to the eyes and some 

ultra fine glitter to the wings. 

I love the stencil so much that I 

wanted to let make it the focus of

 a second card with one of the 

sentiments from the stamp set.

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps - June Challenge! Dad/Boy/Masculine and/or Outdoor Activities

 Good morning and welcome to our 
New Monthly Challenge
at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Dad/Boy/Masculine and/or Outdoor Activities

You can choose one theme or combine them!
Enter as many times as you like all month long.
It's a Choose Your Own Krafty Adventure!

June is the month to celebrate the men in our lives. 

Typically that means Father's Day, but the person

that I'm celebrating is my Brother-in-Law. 

I chose the Masculine theme for this month's 

challenge and made a birthday card for

his upcoming BIG birthday year.  

To create this card, I used the 

Charming Chevron stencil 

and the following gorgeous KKS hybrid inks:

Sandy Shores

Marvellous Mocha

Bubbly Blue

Designer Denim

Magical Midnight

The first thing I did was use a white cardstock

panel and sponge the different ink colors through 

the stencil using foam daubers. Then I lifted

the stencil and brushed the same colors over the 

top of what I had just stenciled. 

Since I wanted the die cut numbers to be

the same color as the chevron stripe.

I covered another piece of scrap white 

cardstock with the Magical Midnight ink and 

let it completely dry before using the number dies. 

I also made a custom sentiment strip panel

but covering another piece of scrap white

cardstock with the Sandy Shores ink. 

The sentiment is from the super fun 

Birthday Bash stamp set.   

I stamped the sentiment with

Marvellous Mocha ink but this time I was

impatient and didn't let the Sandy Shores ink

set in the paper as well as I should have so the 

mocha ink kind of sunk into the panel and

didn't stand out as much as I was intending it to.

I think the message is still quite clear and I 

have to admit that I quite enjoy teasing my BIL.
