This is a card that I designed for the 

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps recent 

Virtual Holiday Retreat (on Facebook). 

That adorable pup is from the 

Pawsome Holiday stamp set. It's 

colored with copics to look like one of 

my sweet little doggies.  

I used Precious Pink ink to make the

woodgrain background.  Isn't it pretty?

2022 Fall/Winter Coffee Lover’s Blog Hop

 Hello! 

I finally found some time to make a coffee 

themed card for the 

2022 Fall/Winter Coffee Lover’s Blog Hop!

 

This is always such a fun and inspiring hop.

Even if I’m not able to participate I

still enjoy seeing all the amazing creations 

and getting tons of ideas! 

My card features my love of a coffee

that only comes around once a year

PUMPKIN SPICE! 

I look forward to it every year 

and it disappears too fast

(as does the beautiful fall weather). 

To create this card I used several products 

from Super Sponsor Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps -

 two stamp sets, stencil, enamel dots and inks. 

The background panel is made by using 

Original Olive and Pumpkin Patch

Hybrid ink refills as a spray (mixed with

water in a spray bottle) over the 

Darling Dashes stencil. After the

panel dried I sprayed a few more 

“blotches” of the olive ink on it

for more texture. 

The adorable coffee cup is from the 

Coffee and Chocolate stamp set. 

I masked off the existing pattern when 

I stamped the image. Then I stamped a 

bunch of the little pumpkin stamp from

Purr-fect Halloween to make a fun fall

pattern (inspired by 

the fun patterns you get from Starbucks). 

I made the cup cardboard band with cardstock 

And scored it to look like a cardboard sleeve. 

The sentiment is from The Greeting Farm

stamp set called Pumpkin Spice Anya.

I'm just in love with the snowperson and that adorable squirrel that's helping with the nose from SNOWBALL FIGHT! My card features this duo and has a bunch of mixed media elements. 

I used the Sweet Snowflakes stencil (one of my favorites for winter scenes) on the background. I had previously made a panel with gold luster paste and then flipped the stencil over to use the paste on the reverse side of the stencil.  It didn't all transfer as smoothly as I thought it might - but I love the funky look of it.  That beautiful snow at the bottom is from a product called SnowTex (a little goes a long way). Does it make you feel like you're out in the snow with them?  It does me!

Did you notice that I colored these adorable animals in rainbow colors?  It's fun to switch it up sometimes and use non-traditional colors. Do you like to do that too?  Maybe you can show us with a creation for this week's Anything Goes Challenge.

This adorable set features an assortment of wintery friends having the best time ever!! Seriously, do you remember how much fun it was as a kid to have a snowball fight?!

I thought a shaker card was the perfect way to showcase these critters having fun in the snow. This stamp set is sure to bring a smile to your face who’s you’re using it and to the face of the recipient who gets one of your great cards or creations! Take a peek 

Don’t they look like they’re having fun? I used that beautiful Cool Crystals stencil again on the background. I just can’t help myself…it’s so gorgeous and fun to color!

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps - Day ONE of the November 2022 Sneak Peeks!

Today we’re featuring an awesome Christmas sentiment set,

You'll find lots of funny, punny and traditional holiday sentiments in this set! Really, something for everyone - even the
naughtiest! 

Here's my creation to share with you. This is a mini slimline card which is my current favorite size to make.  I used two of the sentiments from this fun stamp set AND the beautiful new Cool Crystals stencil.  

Did you notice the ombré shading of the background? It’s a fun technique to use with a delicate stencil like this. The post office from North Pole Helpers was so perfect to combine with this sentiment. So cute!

Square cards are so much fun to make.  

You get lots of great space to work with. 

I recently got this fun paper pack that 

goes so perfectly with two of the adorable

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp sets!! Take a peek!

That adorable gingerbread house is one 

of the stamps in Gingerbread Kisses and

the sentiment is from Yummy Christmas!

I colored the gingerbread house with 

copic markers on kraft paper and then 

added details with a white gel pen and

some Nuvo drops.  The little gingerbread

people icons are from the same paper

line.  I love it all comes together so sweetly!

November 2022 Skrappy Challenge

  Good morning krafty friends!

It's November, and that means it's time for a brand new
SKRAPPY CHALLENGE

with Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

 The theme of course is ANYTHING BUT A CARD!

For this challenge you can make anything that strikes your fancy....except a card!
So design a new scrapbook page, bookmark, tag, altered item, planner page, art journal, ATC cards...whatever you like!

Just make sure to include some Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps products and make sure it's a new creation!  As soon as we have at least five people playing along, we'll be giving away a $10 gift voucher to the krafty shop as the monthly prize!  

For this challenge I made a little lighted box. There are two sweet elves from SANTA’S VILLAGE  and NORTH POLE HELPERS stamp sets enjoying the glow from the tea light inside. The sentiment on top of the box is from another sweet Christmas stamp set called CANDY CANE KISSES. It was an easy and fun creation to make. I love how it turned out! Take a peek! 

Now it’s over to you to show us what you’re creating that’s not a card.
