Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps - January 2018 Sneak Peek

Hello sweet friends and followers!
Welcome to Day ONE of the first release of 2018

Before I tell you about this amazing stamp set being featured
today I'd like to digress just a tiny bit and share some other
news with you.  After four years of being a Krafty Girl
I decided to step down for a while and catch up on
all the other things in my non-crafty life that have been
needing more of my attention.  This was such a difficult
decision for me because I love, love, LOVED being a
Krafty Girl and my wonderful Krafty teamies - but
sometimes real life has to take precedent and
that doesn't mean I can't still sometimes play along!!
I'll always be one of Kraftin' Kimmie's biggest fans!

 So...back to this new release.
I'm delighted to be a guest designer for today's release peek
which is an amazing winter set by artist, Annie Rodrigue
called STACEY SLAPSHOT!  I just adore her!

I'd love to enter this card in the following challenges:

This strong girl stamp set comes with one large main image
and FIVE awesome sentiments!!

Whimsical Gnome Santa

Hello friends and followers! Happy Sunday!

Whimsical Gnomes was one of my favorite stamp sets
released this year from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps.
I decided to color one of the adorable gnomes up like
a Santa gnome and make a fun Christmas card.
I was kind of proud of myself because I used two
die cut trees and the snow hills that I had laying on my
table from a previous card.  I love when I actually use
some stash and/or extras laying on my craft desk!

One of the trees has an embossed pattern on it which I
was going to leave just as it was and then somehow I
got black ink on my finger and on the tree.  So...
then I grabbed a sponge dauber and added a little green
ink to cover up the black boo boo.  Crafters are so
good at thinking of plan b :o).  The sentiment
is from "Shake It Up!" also by KKS.

This card is being shared on the
as my DT card for 12 days of Christmas.

I would also like to enter this in the following challenges:
( I chose June 2016 - Christmas Landscapes)
S = Snow, T= trees, A=aqua (the paper is a light aqua) R= Red,

Thanks so much for stopping in to visit me today!
Hugs to each of you! D

Kraftin' Kimmie Challenges - Wonderful Wednesday Nov 23rd

Hello and Happy Wednesday!
Thanks for stopping in to visit me today :o)
Wednesdays are always Wonderful at
because the theme is Anything Goes!

I fell in LOVE with the NEW Eskimo Pals
stamp set that was just released last week!
So I used it for my DT card to share with you today.

I stamped the image in grey instead of black and then colored
it with my copics.  It's a baby step for me toward the
no-lines coloring technique that I really admire.
I also used the November KKS sketch
but I flipped it on its side

I'd like to enter this card in the following challenges;
(use 3 of something - I used 3 enamel dots)

I hope you will find some time this week to get krafty and
enter your own fabulous creation!
In addition to the great Krafty Challenges & Wonderful Wednesday,
each month we post a Sketch.  The sketch will last all month long
and if you use it in ANY of our Challenges or WW's
during that month you will get an additional chance to win
a store gift card!  You do NOT have to use the sketch,
it's just a little extra boost for your mojo if ya need it!

We want EVERYONE to be able to play along
so your submission can use ANY stamp and can be
any theme, any style, any design and it can be a card,
a scrapbook page, an altered item....you name it!
It must be a NEW creation and you can enter until
November 29th at midnight (EST)!
I can't wait to see what you make!

Thanks so much for stopping in to visit me today!
Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!
