March Skrappy Challenge - Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

    Good morning krafty friends!

It's March and that means...

 it's time for a brand new
SKRAPPY CHALLENGE

with Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

 The theme of course is 

ANYTHING BUT A CARD!

For this challenge you can make anything that strikes your fancy....except a card!
So design a new scrapbook page, bookmark, tag, altered item, planner page, art journal, ATC cards...whatever you like!

Just make sure to include some Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps products and make sure it's a new creation!  As soon as we have at least five people playing along, we'll be giving away a $10 gift voucher to the krafty shop as the monthly prize!  

You have until Monday, April 5th to enter and you can submit as many new creations as you like for more chances to WIN!  Also be sure to share your designs on the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps' Krafty Friends facebook page because we love to see your stuff!

My skrappy creation this month is a scrapbook page. I'm kind of in love with the baking themed products from this past month. So many different and fun ways these can be used.  As I was making muffins last weekend it struck me that using them could make for a fun scrapbook page.  Granite Grey ink was the perfect color to add a subtle pattern with the Baking Bonanza Stencil. I used some more of the chipboard elements from the February Add On Bundle (see photo below) and one of the sentiments from Happiness is Homemade!  There's also hidden journaling under the main photo (used another sentiment from Happiness is Homemade for that). Note: non-Kraftin' Kimmie products are the stickers from my stash and the tag from a bottle of my favorite oil.

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Challenge #570 - Something Yummy!

Happy Saturday crafty friends!

It's time for another weekly theme challenge at 

KRAFTIN' KIMMIE STAMPS!

For Challenge #570 we'd like you to use the

theme of "SOMETHING YUMMY" .

Each and every Saturday we post a brand new challenge 

for the week and you are welcome to enter as many times as you like.

These must be NEW creations and you are welcome to use any stamp, 

however, using Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps products will earn you double entries!

The monthly prize is a $25 voucher to the Krafty shop!!!

We can't wait to see what you come up with!

There's so many images that have food, cooking, baking

drinks (coffee, tea, wine) to choose from. 

My card features the newly released 

Baking Bonanza stencil and one of the images

and sentiments from Happiness is Homemade! 

I used the stencil to make an embossed background.

Then I added some Cosmic Shimmer in Sunset Orange

with the touch tip applicator through the stencil on top 

of the embossed areas.  After that dried I sponged

some Sandy Shores KKS hybrid ink over the top of the

entire panel.  The shimmer still shows through but it's 

much more subtle (see photo below). 

You can see that I also used the stencil in the usual

way to ink another layering panel.  The image is 

colored with a combo of copics and Prisma color pencils

(and a touch of white Sharpie paint pen).

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps - February Hop and Shop!

Hello friends! Happy Valentine's Day!

Today is the Blog Hop celebration for the

I have several photos to show you of my 

Peek-A-Boo Window card.    

The sentiment in the peek-a-boo circle is part of the

LULU AND FRIENDS set.  The sentiment on the 

bottom is from the new HAPPINESS IS HOMEMADE

stamp set.  I used Stickles glitter glue and Liquid Pearls

in Hot Chocolate to decorate the chipboard cupcakes.

This sweet little baking Lulu goes so well 

with the Happiness is Homemade stamp set,

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps - February 2021 Sneak Peeks - Day Two!

Hello again! Welcome back to Day Two of the

KRAFTIN' KIMMIE STAMPS

February 2021 New Release sneak peeks! 

I'm super excited about the stamp set today.

It represents something I love to do - bake sweets! 

It's called HAPPINESS IS HOMEMADE! by

artist Neda Sadreddin.  It's so sweet you'll 

have a very difficult time resisting it!

Here's my card to share with you today.

I started with a slimline die cut panel and 

used the new AQUA ADVENTURE ink and

the BAKING BONANZA stencil.  Then I added

the fussy cut images and some of the awesome

chipboard accents from the February Add On Bundle.

This chipboard is really easy and fun to decorate 

and embellish.  I used a variety of liquid pearls. 

stickles, ink, nuvo drops and opal polish.
