Time for a Spooky Krafty Komeback - and a Challenge!

Today we are bringing back a super cute Halloween stamp set

by artist Cheryl Grant that was first introduced in 2013 and has

not been available for several years.  I was one of the lucky ones

to have purchased this in the original rubber form but now

it's available in the awesome clear photopolymer stamp version! 

Not only is this stamp set back in the shop there is also a 

special promotion going on this weekend called

MYSTERY MADNESS.  Everyone who participates in this

I cannot express how very happy I am that this set is back!

I made two cards to share with you today.  Here's the first

using Lucas the Mummy and the new Gorgeous Gauze stencil

(and some of the new Halloween dots).  I colored him with 

prisma color pencils on kraft paper.  Inks used are the

NEW Tempting Tangerine and Purple Pansy hybrid inks 

My second card features Lexi the Spider.

That big ol' purple spider web around her is 

made with foil and the Creepy Cobweb stencil.

This is my first attempt at using foil with the 

Duo Transfer gel (no heat required).  I learned a couple

things in the process but am happy with how it turned out. 

I also used the new Halloween dots and Tempting Tangerine ink.

We've put together a fun krafty hop for you 

featuring this Komeback set and  promotion. 

There's also a new challenge this week and the 

theme is ANYTHING GOES!  Playing along in 

our challenges gives you a chance at the monthly

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Challenge #545 - PURPLE!

Happy happy weekend! I hope it's a good one for you.

It's time for another weekly theme challenge at

KRAFTIN' KIMMIE STAMPS!

Challenge #545 is PURPLE!

Use a lot or a little - just make sure we can 

see some of the color purple on your creation. 

I LOVE the color purple but for some reason 

it's not the first color I reach for.  

As I started thinking of ideas all of a 

sudden lots and lots of them flooded my brain.

So....I might be using purple more often!

Have you seen the NEW Gorgeous Gauze stencil?

I am a little bit obsessed with this stencil and used

it for the background on my card.

That lovely gal is from the stamp sets Trendy Tees

and Trendy Tees Icons ("BFF"). 

This card is going to my BFF named Karen

(who by the way loves Purple).

The Purple Petunia KKS hybrid ink worked 

perfectly for the tone on tone look. 

 I added some of my favorite embellishments -

the Krafty Dots.  I'd love to tell you which ones

I used but I have so many of them and I lost track

of labeling them (oops).  But...you can find 

lots of of them in the KKS Shop while you are

shopping the Frugal Friday Specials - wink wink!

DAY THREE August 2020 NEW RELEASE PEEKS! Owl-Chemy!

This is the final day of our sneak peek reveals of the August NEW RELEASE

for KRAFTIN' KIMMIE STAMPS!

Have you enjoyed the peeks so far?  Do you have a favorite stamp set or stencil?  

What about those beautiful colored HALLOWEEN Dots or the awesome new 

TEMPTING TANGERINE  hybrid ink?  It's all so awesome for Fall creations!

Today is the last day of the peeks and ALL the new goodies will be

available in the KKS Shop shortly after the LIVE Release Party.
