Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Challenge #521 - Tag! You're It!

Hello wonderful krafty friends!

Today I get the pleasure of being the hostess 

for the newest weekly challenge at 

KRAFTIN' KIMMIE STAMPS!

The theme for KKS Challenge #521 is to use a tag

(or make a tag) on your creation.  There are so many

ways to use tags.  I know many of you also make tags too

(something I'd really like to do more of). I was messing 

around with making different backgrounds and this 

one just seemed to shout "Outer Space" to me.  

So I used a tag featuring one of the super CUTE

aliens from OUT OF THIS WORLD on it

(he's so furry and fun!).  Love how it turned out!

For the Boys (Masculine) - Kraftin’ Kimmie Challenges #520

Happy Leap Year/ Day!

This week the challenge theme at 

KRAFTIN’ KIMMIE STAMPS

for Challenge # 520 is FOR THE BOYS!

This is awesome for those of you that

like/need to have masculine cards on hand 

(or projects for gifts or scrapbooks)! 

I am in that crafty population that struggles 

with masculine cards so I thought I’d 

accept the challenge and make a card
for my nephew’s birthday soon.
The super duper FUN stamp set
called BLAST OFF by artist Cheryl Grant

is perfect for guy cards. Take a look

I made the background first with a variety
of crystal inks and then added some sparkly stars

using BoBunny  glitter paste and the 

KKS STARBURST stencil. Unfortunately you can’t 

see the clear accents glaze on the glass part of

his helmet in this photo cause it’s pretty cool
(if I do say so myself).

Blast Off - Love you to the Moon and Back!

Hello and happy Wednesday!

Today I'd like to share a clean but layered card I made

using a fabby Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps set 

called BLAST OFF and a galaxy background

(made with distress oxide inks). This stamp set is perfect

for that fun technique.  I wish you could see the 

different colors behind the dark overall color

a little better in the photo - it's so pretty IRL!

I colored this sweet spaceship image during a video on 

Monday in the Kraftin' Kimmie Friends Facebook Group. 

Now I can share the finished card using that image.
