City Crafters Hats Challenge - Week #103 "Hats Off to You!"

Hello and Happy Thursday!  Today I would like to share with you a card I created for my friend Cindi who has a great appreciation for flowers and all things "crafty" and is just an all around peach of a lady that I'm so thankful to know.  After I had put this together I came across a new challenge from the City Crafter Challenge Blog  and decided to submit it in the Week#103 Challenge- Hats Off To You!   I'm sure Cindi won't mind sharing with all of you too :O)   Can you believe it's almost Easter already.  Sounds like we may have snow here - not so unusual for Easter in Montana.   I can remember many Easter celebrations and egg hunts dressed up in my cutest Easter dress and sweet little shoes tromping around in snow - so I guess I shouldn't be too surprised :o)  Thanks for stopping by today - hope you enjoyed this card.  Hugs!

Here's a close up portion of the card that shows Bronte's "hat" a little better.

Supplies (all from Stampin' Up! except for the digital image and Copic markers).  This sweet digital image is from Mo's Digital Pencil Shop (Bella and Bronte at Easter) and is colored with my Copic markers.  Cardstock colors are Peach Parfait, Whisper White and Pear Pizzazz.  Patterned paper is called Everday Enchantment (retired).  Sentiment is from the Delightful Dozen set.  Punches used are the Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack (flowers) and Modern Label (for the sentiment).
