Kraftin' Kimmie #304 - Nature

Happy halloween crafty peeps!

Can you believe it's the last day of October already?

It's time for another Saturday challenge at 

KRAFTIN' KIMMIE 

and the theme this week is NATURE.

I made a very clean and simple card using one of the sentiments

from the NEW clear stamp set called Christmas Cheer

The skyline is created with alcohol inks and sponge daubers.

I also dabbed the trees so they would look like evergreens.

Then I layered each piece for dimension (sadly the photo

doesn't really show how neat this looks) and lastly added

some Wink of Stella for the soft shimmer of the snow. 

The sentiment is created by using Hero Arts ombre ink pad.

Kraftin' Kimmie Wonderful Wednesday

Happy hump day friends! 

Wednesday's are Wonderful at 

KRAFTIN' KIMMIE STAMPS 

and the theme is always "Anything Goes"!!

I was in our local Costco yesterday and there is

already three very full aisles of Christmas stuff.

"What the heck?" I said to myself. Can't we just enjoy
Halloween and Thanksgiving first? But then I realized

that it's really not that far away. Sooo.... I came home and 

inked up a sentiment from CHRISTMAS CHEER SENTIMENTS

and made this card for the current challenge. Take a look:

I created the three toned sentiment by taping off each part
before I stamped and lining it up with my Stamp-ma-jig tool.
I used my favorite patterned papers and cute embellishment
 from Doodlebug.  The wooden snowflake is from Stampin' Up!

My Time to Craft Challenge #306 - Autumn Colors

Hello again friends! It's a busy day on my blog

today with some wonderful challenges and new inspiration

to share with you!  I hope that you are here to see my

newest DT creation for MY TIME TO CRAFT #306.

The theme is "Autumnal colors".  Your creation can 

be of any theme or type but must use the colors of fall.

Here's what I made - hope you like it:

I've had this cute little fella colored up for a while

now which was handy to grab out of the pile and 

put on a quick card for Thanksgiving.  Ummmm

I can smell the turkey dinner now and taste the 

pumpkin pie.  Fall is my favorite season!

Kraftin' Kimmie October NEW Release Sneak Peek Day FOUR - Snow Days

Oh hello!! Welcome back to my blog for another day 

of sneak peeks for the fabulous NEW release stamps at 

KRAFTIN' KIMMIE STAMPS.

Have you been enjoying the all the other peeks this week?

Today's peek features a sporty set for those winter enthusiasts

Here's my card to share with you today

Oh boy would I love to be able to tell you that this is how
I look when I'm on the slopes.  That would be a big fat lie though!
I would have a terrified look on my face and most likely wouldn't
be standing up right still - LOL!  My kids however can handle
the slopes like a boss - guess they got it from their Dad.

Kraftin' Kimmie October New Release Sneak Peeks Day THREE - Snow Buddies

 I'm so excited to show you my creation today 

for the  KRAFTIN' KIMMIES STAMPS

October NEW Release clear stamp set called

"SNOW BUDDIES" by artist Cheryl Grant. 

 It features Lexi, her puppy pal and some winter friends having fun
 in the snow!  The set also includes three coordinating sentiments! 

Oh my goodness get ready for the cutest Snow Buddies EVER!

Don't they look like the best of friends?!I LOVE love love snowmen
 and the color pink for Christmas/winter!

I used a larger sentiment from "HAPPY WINTER DAYS" (Day ONE

sneak peek set) on this card too.

This paper is by Doodlebug Designs (SugarPlum) and I used the 

October KK Sketch (see below) for some extra inspiration 

(I switched it up a little bit though).
