Kraftin' Kimmie Challenges #528 - Fantasy/Magic

I'm so happy you're here to visit my blog today.

Every Saturday a new theme challenge starts at

KRAFTIN' KIMMIE STAMPS!

This week the theme for Challenge #528 is Fantasy or Magic.

There are so many fun stamp sets at Kraftin' Kimmie 

that fit this theme ever so perfectly.  

I decided to use the Darling Dragons (because they

are magical creatures) to make a 

fantasy-tical birthday card for my daughter. 

The background was made with the Chubby Clouds stencil

and Bubbly Blue and Purple Pansy KKS hybrid inks.

The Purple Pansy ink is on SALE for the rest of this month.

The extra flames were created with the Wonderful Waves stencil -

just a section of it, and then cut out.  I used the

Morning Marigold and Pumpkin Patch KKS hybrid inks

on the "flames" and them added a touch of red with a 

colored pencil.  I had a lot of fun making this care

and most importantly my daughter LOVED it!

Oh boy what a fabulous weekend we are having at

FAIRY FOLK - take a look!

What do you suppose that fairy is thinking about? 

I had so much fun creating and coloring this sweet little scene. 

Copic markers and prisma colored pencils were both used. 

I also lightly inked the sky with the Bubbly Blue hybrid ink. 

The sentiment is stamped with the NEW Gorgeous Grape ink.

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Challenge #527 - Anything Goes and New Release Sneak Peek

Hey hey it's Saturday!

It's a super special weekend at KRAFTIN' KIMMIE STAMPS!

Not only is it the final day of the April peeks,
there's an ANYTHING GOES challenge

AND...we have a special Spring Krafty Krop today and tomorrow.
The fun starts at 9AM EST in the Krafty Friends Facebook Group.

My card today for Challenge #527 features two of the NEW products
 - the RAINY DAY stencil and RAINY DAY Dots.  I LOVE these!

 

As soon as I saw this stencil I just knew I wanted to use it with

the adorable PUDDLE PALS stamp set.  Don't you think it 

coordinates perfectly?  Just like it was meant to be!

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps - April 2020 Sneak Peeks DAY TWO!

Hello again!  I'm so happy that you're back to 

visit me today for DAY TWO of the April New Release

sneak peeks for KRAFTIN' KIMMIE STAMPS!

Didn't you just love what you saw yesterday? 

Well... get ready to fall even more in love with 

what we have to show you today!

Our krafty girl Sabrina van Vloten has designed another

absolutely adorable stamp set! It's Called Fairy Folk. Take a look:

I had so much fun coloring up these sweet little images! 

Here's my card to share with you:

I bet you can spot a couple other new goodies.

A stencil, some dots and a new purple hybrid ink. 

(I must say that I am completely over the moon for this

amazing new Gorgeous Grape ink).  

The new Beautiful Butterflies stencil is soooo pretty!

It looks great as a background but could also just be a 

stunning panel with a sentiment and a few of the new

Rainy Day dots.  I also used the Krafty Scenery 2 stencil

for the grass (with Charming Chartreuse ink).  The sky is

blended with the Bubbly Blue hybrid ink.

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps - April Sneak Peeks start TODAY!!

Hello and welcome fellow stampers/crafters!

I'm so excited that today is the first day of the

April 2020 NEW RELEASE Sneak Peeks for

KRAFTIN' KIMMIE STAMPS!

I'm pretty sure that your socks are gonna be knocked right

off your feet as you jump up and down with excitement over

this month's new products!!  There are 3 stamps sets,

2 new stencils, another gorgeous hybrid ink & more DOTS!!

We're starting off today with a set by artist Neda Sadreddin 

called HERE COMES THE SUN! 

This super sweet set represents spring in such a fun way!

Here's my card to share with you.  

The new dots are called Rainy Day Dots.  How perfect is that?!

Last month we did a special virtual retreat in the
Krafty Friends Facebook Group.  Lots of people
LOVED this and asked for more.  So.... we decided to
do another special event to celebrate this new release
and keep all you cooped up crafters busy and happy!   

You'll find more details on the KKS blog or
in the Krafty Friends Facebook group (if you aren't
a member we'd love to have you!).

And...just in case that's not exciting enough for you,
ALL the April products will be released on Saturday the 18th

Kraftin' Kimmie Challenges #526 - It's a Recipe!

Hello all!  Hope you are staying safe and healthy.

We have another fun weekly challenge starting at

KRAFTIN' KIMMIE STAMPS!

Krafty Girl Allison is our hostess this week for

Challenge #526 and she's given us a fun recipe to follow.

Her recipe is: two images, two layers, the color red and a stencil. 

I LOVE theme challenges with a recipe! Do you?

My card features two images from MY GNOMIES

with the Chubby Clouds Stencil (w/Bubbly Blue ink).

I've also added some of the awesome KKS Lovey Dots. 

I hope that you'll decide to join the recipe challenge
and share your own lovely creation.  There is also
a Skrappy Challenge (monthly Anything But a Card),
a Planner Challenge and a Christmas challenge going on.
So you have lots of reasons to grab your KKS
