Kraftin' Kimmie Challeng #541 - Christmas in July

Hello crafty peeps! 

Thanks for popping in to visit me today. 

If you are anything like me it's suddenly Dec 1st

and you realize that your Christmas card stash 

to send out is seriously lacking.  

Well..... the challenge this week at 

KRAFTIN' KIMMIE STAMPS

will help you add at least one more to your

stash should you decide to play along with us this week.

Challenge #541 is CHRISTMAS IN JULY!

You can enter several times - but each entry needs to be

a NEW creation and if you use Kraftin' Kimmie products

Kraftin' Kimmie Challenges #540 - Anything Water

Oh thank goodness it's the weekend! 

I had the craziest week that sometimes seemed it

would never end and other times went by too fast

for what I needed to get done at work.  

Thank goodness for the ability to color and create

to bring my universe back in balance.  I hope to 

do some of that this weekend.

you know that each Saturday brings a new

weekly themed challenge.  This week

Challenge #540 is Anything Water.  

I'm sharing two cards with you today for this challenge.

The first was made with a couple brand NEW products

from the July release including an adorable water

 creature stamp set called LONG IN THE TOOTH.

 The new She Sells Seashells and Pattern Parade stencils

are so fun to play with and coordinate so perfectly together.

I use the new Fresh Fields green hybrid ink  and added

some of the new Summer enamel dots too.  

The second card features the Underwater Fun! stamp set

and the Krafty Scenery 3  & Nautical Netting stencils from

the June release.  If you are in the Kraftin' Kimmie

Friends Facebook Group go to the video section and you

can watch how I colored this scene.  If you're not

in the fun krafty group we'd love to have you join us. 

Oh and those adorable little shells and starfish are

from the Turtley Awesome stamp set.  

I hope that you will decide to give yourself some good

crafty therapy this weekend and create a new WATER

themed project (card, ATC, 3d item, scrapbook page, etc.) 

to enter in our weekly challenge.

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Blog Hop for July Release

My card today features another of the adorable 

images from Trendy Ts and Trendy T Icons.

That little strip of Xs is from the Pattern Parade stencil

in Salty Sea ink.  The sentiment is from Party-Time Sentiments

and is stamped with Marvelous Mocha ink.

July New Release Peeks DAY THREE and ANYTHING GOES CHALLENGE

Hello again! Happy weekend!

I'm happy that you're back to visit me today

because it's the final day of the Sneak Peeks

for the July 2020 Release at 

KRAFTIN' KIMMIE STAMPS!

And a new weekly challenge starts today too.

I'll bet you can guess the theme because it's the

same every month during release week...

Challenge #539  is ANYTHING GOES!

Haven't you just LOVED each of these new stamp sets

and coordinating stencils, inks and dots?

Our final stamp set of the July release 

is by artist Melissa Baker-Nguyen 

and it's called LONG IN THE TOOTH!

 OH MY GOSH...isn't this awesome?! 

Just look at how CUTE they are and 

the fun sentiments and fonts! And

let's not forget about that leggy little bird. 

Before I show you my card today, I wanted to 

remind you of the LIVE ONLINE RELEASE PARTY

happening today in the Krafty Friends Facebook Group.

The FUN starts at 2pm EST - so hope you can be there.

Okay so are you ready to see what I've made?! 

Here it is...

This card features the SHE SELLS SEASHELLS stencil,

the PATTERN PARADE stencil, the new FRESH FIELDS

hybrid ink and the new SUMMER DOTS.  

My layout was inspired by the current

Freshly Made Sketches Challenge - #443.  

  After using the stencil the first time with the 

FRESH FIELDS ink, I then very very lightly spread some

Nuevo glitter paste through it again over the top of what I had

already inked.  The original green still shows through but now 

there is a lighter green shimmer on top of it. It's really cool in real life! 

Wish you could see that better!  I was tickled with how it turned out.

July 2020 New Release Peeks - DAY TWO - Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps

Hello and welcome back to my blog

for DAY TWO of the July New Release Peeks

for KRAFTIN' KIMMIE STAMPS!

Allow me to introduce you to BE A MERMAID!

The fabulous new set designed by artist

Sabrina VanVloten is sure to make you

smile with delight (and have your fingers

itching to add to your shopping cart lol).

I had a lot of fun coloring these adorable little images 

and I got a chance to use my newest die cut that 

seems soooo perfect for this set.  Take a Look:

 Those sparkly little enamel dots are from the 

KKS Heavenly Dots collection. The two 

sentiments were stamped with Purple Pansy ink. 

We have even more inspiration for you today too!

July 2020 Sneak Peeks - DAY ONE - Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps

It's here! It's here!  

Day ONE of the July release peeks

for KRAFTIN' KIMMIE STAMPS!

Today we are starting off with two new stamp sets 

by artist Nedra Sadreddin.

We have TRENDY T's and TRENDY T ICONS!

I mean SERIOUSLY...how awesome!

Can't you already just imagine all the different things

you could do with this set?  

We are also releasing two new stencils, a beautiful new 

green hybrid ink called Fresh Fields, and of course another set 

of the fabulous KKS enamel dots - Summer Dots!

Wow...just wow! I'm so excited to share this with you.

My card today features the NEW Pattern Parade stencil

and the male youngster image from Trendy Ts.

Although there are LOTS of great sentiments and icons

in these two sets I just couldn't resist using a sentiment

from Girl Power on his tee.  And.... here he is!

Other supplies used: Sparkling Sapphire ink, Rainbow Bright Dots

and a sentiment from Party-Time Sentiments.
