the balloons image from the
PARTY TIME SENTIMENTS stamp set
several times across the
panel with Versamark ink and then
using clear embossing powder and a heat gun
to set the images.
The lovely queen is from the
ROYAL FAMILY stamp set.
The sentiment is from the
ROYAL SENTIMENTS stamp set.
