The Paper Players #92 - a sketch from Nance

Happy Thursday friends!  A couple of the ladies in my stamp group decided to issue a challenge of their own recently where each person brings in an item or two that they aren't quite sure what to do with and swap it in secret with someone else in the group (we do this through a numbering system).  After everyone has made their cards they bring back in and share with the group, and the person who brought the item gets to take the card that was made with it.  I love this idea and can't wait to see what I get back!! I got this darling little ladybug to use for my card which works perfectly with The Paper Players sketch #92 from Nance.  I decided to use this embossed sentiment on my card because no matter who I got this item from I consider them my friend (each one of the ladies I stamp with are very dear to my heart).  Hope you enjoy this card and thanks so much for stopping by!  Hugs!

Supplies (all from Stampin Up! except miss ladybug):  Cardstock - Pretty in Pink, Basic Black and Green Galore (retired).  Sentiment - Blessings from Heaven (embossed with Wild Wasabi powder). Border at the bottom is created with the Scallop edge border punch.  Patterned paper is from the Patterns Designer Paper Stack in the brights (melon mambo).

  4. Bright, fresh and fun, Danielle! What a fun swap challenge your stamp group came up with, too. Such a great way to get some inspiration to use those neglected products. Love it! Thanks for joining us this week at the Paper Players! :)
